Creating a backup copy of 1C 8.2.

Backup 1C - a pledge of calm and confidence.

Before update 1c strongly recommended to make an archive copy of the database. Backup will provide trouble-free data recovery information database in case of any difficulties with it.

Moreover, this action is inherently simple.

There are two ways to do this. The easiest is to copy the base directory to another place on the hard disk. The directory where the base is installed can be found at the bottom of the window when starting 1C.

Another way is in the “Configurator” mode.

This mode is designed to perform various housekeeping activities, in particular the execution of archival copies, updating the database and making settings.

Let's run (open) the base Noko : Retail in the "Configurator" mode. If your database is used by several users, then before starting the process it is necessary that they leave 1C. Let's run (open) the base Noko : Retail in the Configurator mode In the "Configurator" mode, select the menu item "Administration" - "Unload information database". In the window that appears, to create an archive copy, you must specify the path (folder) to which the archive file with the .dt extension will be unloaded. For example, let's create a C: 1C Archive folder.

The names of the upload files should be informative. For example, the name of the organization or base, as well as indicate in the title the date of creation of a copy. In the future, it will help to significantly facilitate the search for the desired copy in case of need.

To start the process of creating an archive copy, click "Save." To start the process of creating an archive copy, click Save The end of the data unloading process is indicated by the corresponding message. After the end of the upload, we’ll go into the folder where the backup was saved, and make sure that the upload was successful and there was a file with the selected name.
